羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉56例临床观察(1)
【摘要】 目的 观察羊膜移植(AMT)联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 对56例翼状胬肉患者进行翼状胬肉切除，应用羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C术中湿敷5 min。结果 术后随访12个月，所有患者除4只眼复发外，其余均治愈，治愈率为92.8%。结论 羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C是治疗翼状胬肉理想的、复发率低的手术方法。【关键词】翼状胬肉；羊膜移植；丝裂霉素C
A clinical observation on amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C for treatment of 56 pterygium cases

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment of pterygium with amniotic membrane transplantation(AMT)combined with mitomycin C(MMC).Methods 56 pterygium patients underwent pterygium excision,and amniotic membrane transplantation combimed with mitomycin C(0.2 mg/ml)solution on the sclera for 5 minutes.Results The mean follow-up period were 12 months.The curative rate of primary operation for ptergium was 92.8%.Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C is a reasonable therapeutic method for treatment of pterygium with low recurrent rate. ......
