采血车上首次献血者发生献血不良反应的研究

【摘要】 目的 研究采血车上首次献血者发生献血不良反应的原因，并探讨相应的护理对策。方法 回顾性分析20 582例无偿献血者发生献血不良反应的情况。结果 首次献血者献血不良反应的发生率(1.54%)高于多次献血者，分析原因主要为精神紧张、恐惧及受他人影响。结论 通过加大宣传教育力度，普及献血知识，做好心理护理及改善献血环境等可有效地预防或减少献血不良反应的发生。
