腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的诊断与治疗
【摘要】 目的 分析腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的原因，探讨其早期诊断和治疗方法。方法 分析手术后腰椎间隙感染11例的临床资料及特点，行保守治疗8例，再手术治疗3例。结果 随访12～42个月，9例恢复正常生活，2例偶有腰痛和活动受限。结论 积极的术前准备，术后早期诊断，腰部制动，长期足量应用有效抗生素。【关键词】腰椎间盘；椎间隙感染；治疗

【Abstract】 Objective To explorethe diagnosisandtreatmentof postoperative intervertebral discitis of lumbar. Methods The clinical data of 11cases of intervertebral spaceinfectionafterlumbaroperation were collected and analyzed.Treatment was used for 8 cases, and re-operation for 3cases.Results All cases were followed up for 12～42 months ,9 cases restored to normal , 2caseremainedpain inlumbarandmobilelimitation. Conclusion Actively properative prepare,Postoperative earlier diagnosis,trig waist and extended adequate effective antibiotic.
