大肠癌围手术期血清sFas/sFasL水平检测的临床意义(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨大肠癌患者围手术期sFas/sFasL的变化及其临床意义。方法 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定56例大肠癌患者手术前后血清sFas/sFasL的变化，并与健康对照组比较分析。结果 大肠癌组治疗前sFas/sFasL均增高，与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)；且与淋巴结转移和肿瘤临床Dukes分期有明显相关性(P<0.05)。行根治性手术组术后sFas/sFasL均有显著性降低(P<0.05),而姑息性手术组sFas/sFasL则无显著性降低(P>0.05)。结论 大肠癌患者血清sFas/sFasL的水平与肿瘤的浸润转移和病程有关，检测大肠癌患者血清sFas/sFasL的变化，有助于估计患者的预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum sFas/sFasL in patients with colorectal cancerbefor and after operation,and evaluate their clinical significance.Methods The contents of serum sFas/sFasL in 56 patients with colorectal cancer were detectedbyELISArespectivelybefore and after oprerationand compared them with that of health controls.Results The contents of serum sFas/sFasLin the patients with colorectal cancerbefore operation were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).There was significant correlation between the contents with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(Dukes)(P<0.05).The contents of sFas/sFasL were significantly decreased in patients with colorectal cancer after radical operation(P<0.05).But there was not significant decrease of the contents of sFas/sFasL in patients with colorectal cancer after palliative resection(P>0.05).Conclusion The contents of serumsFas/sFasLare closely related to tumor invasion,metastasis and clinical stage(Dukes).Dynamic determination of the contents of serum sFas/sFasL may be an important index for evalution of invasion,metatasis,efficiacy and progrosis for the patients with colorectal cancer ......
