多普勒超声心动图测定先天性心脏病患儿肺动脉高压的价值

【摘要】 目的 评价多普勒超声心动图估测先天性心脏病(先心病)合并肺动脉高压患儿的肺动脉收缩压的准确性。方法 55例合并肺动脉高压的先心病患儿应用多普勒超声心动图法与右心导管法测定进行比较。结果 多普勒超声心动图法与右心导管法测定的值高度相关。结论 多普勒超声心动图法对合并肺动脉高压的先心病患者评估可靠，有较高临床价值。

The value of doppler echocardiograph in assessing pulmonary arterial systolic pressure in congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the reliability of Doppler echocardiograph in assessing pulmonary arterial systolic pressure.Methods Fifty-five children with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension underwent right heart catherization and Doppler echocardiography,respectively,and their results were compared.Results The data from Doppler echo were highly correlated with rihgt heart catherization.Conclusion Doppler echocardiography is a reliable method for assessing pulmonary pressure.
