脑脉络膜裂囊肿的MR诊断

【摘要】 目的 探讨脑部脉络膜裂囊肿的MR影像学表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析9例脉络膜裂囊肿患者的MRI资料，其中3例行CT平扫检查。并对MR影像表现与临床症状关系进行观察。结果 9例均表现为境界清楚的囊性病变,呈类圆形或纺锤形，病变信号同脑脊液信号。病变同临床症状无明显相关性。结论 MRI是诊断脉络膜裂囊肿并与其他病变鉴别的重要手段，对于临床有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the MR character and diagnostic value for patients with choroidal fissure cyst of the brain.Methods Characteristic MR findings in 9 patients with choroidal fissure cyst were analyzed retrospectively,and the relationship between MR imaging and clinical symptom were reviewed.Results The cysts were situated within the choroidal fissure in all cases,representing as cystic lesion with clear border and homogenous signal intensity identical to CSF on all sequences.Conclusion MRI is an important method in diagnosing choroid fissure cysts and differentiating from other diseases. ......
