HPLC法测定中成药中醋酸泼尼松的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立HPLC法测定中成药中醋酸泼尼松含量的方法。方法 以醋酸泼尼松为对照品，TLC法筛选定性。结果 醋酸泼尼松在0.202~1.01 mg/ml之间线性关系良好，线性相关系数r=0.9998，平均回收率99.1%，RSD=1.2%(n=6)。结论 HPLC法测定中成药中的醋酸泼尼松的含量，分析速度快，线性范围宽，各项分析指标均达到要求。

Determination of prednisone acetate in chinese patent drug by HPLC

【Abstract】 Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of prednisone acetate in chinese patent drug.Methods Prednisone acetate was adopted as standard material,TLC used for qualitative screening.Results The linear rate of prednisone acetate in the 0.202~1.01 mg/ml was good,requal to 0.9998.The average recovery rate of prednisone acetate was 99.1%and RSD was 1.2%(n=6).Conclusion The method is quick,wide in linear range and analytical indicators all meet the requirements.
