费休氏法测定头孢羟氨苄颗粒水分

【摘要】 目的 建立费休氏法测定头孢羟氨苄颗粒水分方法。方法 样品以无水甲醇为溶剂，采用无吡啶费休试液按中国药典方法测定。结果 平均回收率为99.96%，RSD为0.17%,测定结果与干燥失重法基本一致。结论 该方法简便快速，定量准确，可作为头孢羟氨苄颗粒水分测定方法。

Determination of water in Cefadroxil granules by Fischer’s method

【Abstract】 Objective To establish determination of water in Cefadroxil granules by Fischer’s method.Methods The sample to anhydrous methanol solvent,without pyridine Fischer test solution measured by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results The average recovery rate was 99.96%,RSD was 0.17%,with the results of dry weight loss method basically the same.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate quantitative and can be used as Cefadroxil granules determination of water.
