复杂Pikon骨折的延期手术治疗(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨应用有限内固定联合外固定支架延期治疗复杂Pilon骨折的效果。方法 对33例Pilon骨折，根据Ruedi分型：Ⅱ型14例，Ⅲ型19例。延期治疗，简单内固定3例;有限内固定结合外固定治疗支架30例。结果 随访29例，时间12~24个月，均骨性愈合。优16例，良：8例，可：3例，差2例。结论 应用有限内固定联合外固定支架延期治疗复杂Pilon骨折是一种合理有效的方法。【关键词】Pilon骨折；内固定；外固定架
Delayed operation therapy of complex Pilon fracture

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation in the delayed treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods 33 cases of Pilon fracture were classified as Type Ⅱ(14cases)and Type Ⅲ(19cases).3 cases of Pilon fracture were treated by simple internal fixation and 30 cases of Pilon fracture were treated by limited internal fixation combined with external fixation.Results 29 cases were followed-up for 12～24 months.All cases got bone union.According to Ovadia standard ......
