HPLC法检测黄精山药胶囊中的格列美脲含量

【摘要】 目的 采用液相色谱法检测黄精山药胶囊中格列美脲的含量。方法 选用C18色谱柱，以0.01 mol/L醋酸胺(用冰醋酸调pH3.5)-乙腈(45∶55)为流动相，UV检测波长为230 nm。结果 本方法的回收率为98.76%，RSD=0.54%(n=6)。结论 HPLC法简便，准确，重现性好。

【Abstract】 Objective A HPLC method was developed for the contents determinationof Huangjingshanyao Capsules of Glimepirde.MethodsThe C18column wasused with a mobile phase was 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution(adjusted pH was3.5 with Aceticacid)-Acetonitrile(45∶55).The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The average recovery was 99.5%(n=6).Conclusion The method simple,sensitive and accurate.
