吻合小隐静脉的腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣改进法的临床应用(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察吻合小隐静脉的腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣改进法的临床效果。方法 2002年9月至2008年5月，对小腿下1/3及足踝部软组织缺损7例，均应用吻合小隐静脉腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣改进法修复，切取皮瓣范围6 cm×4 cm～16 cm×12 cm。结果术后19例皮瓣全部成活，随访8～32个月,平均24个月,皮瓣质地优良, 外观及感觉功能良好，结论 吻合小隐静脉的腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣改进法是修复小腿下1/3及足踝部软组织缺损较为理想的皮瓣。
