新生儿猪霍乱沙门菌医院感染调查分析

【摘要】 目的 防止和减少新生儿病房及监护室感染性疾病暴发流行。方法 对本院新生儿室2006年9月8例新生儿猪霍乱沙门菌医院感染进行调查分析。结果 猪霍乱沙门菌在免疫功能低下的新生儿中易引起流行,主要为肠炎型及败血症型。结论 所有新生儿特别是早产儿均为易感儿。交叉感染是主要的感染途径。早期隔离是预防感染流行的重要因素。

【Abstract】 Objective Through reporting a epidemic of Salmonella cholerae-suis infections in neonate ward to prevent the secondary epidemic of this kinds of bacterial infections. Methods Analysis 8 cases of neonates infected by Salmonella cholerae-suis in our neonate ward in September 2006.Results Salmonella cholerae-suis in the neonate immune dysfunction caused by easyto pop in,mainly types were enteritis and septicemia. ......
