靶向给药系统的研究进展(1)

【摘要】 目的 综述及讨论近年来靶向给药系统的研究进展。方法 以网络数据库资源为主，查询ScienceDirect，Pubmed等数据库关于靶向给药系统研究进展等方面的资料。结果 共收集到多篇文献，选择性的取其中的16篇进行归纳总结与讨论。结论 靶向给药系统是一种较为理想的药物制剂类型，利用靶向给药系统作靶向治疗将提高一些疾病的治疗能力。在靶向给药系统的研发中也存在一些问题，主要是靶向给药系统的稳定性，载体材料的安全性。这些问题一旦解决，必将带来这种新型给药系统全面应用于临床的新局面。

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the development of targeting drug delivery system. Method Based on the database of ScienceDirect and Pubmed，searched for the articles with targeting delivery system and development as their keywords. Result A great deal of related articles were found and only 16 of them were chosed to summarize and discuss. Conclusion Targeting drug delivery system is a novel commendable type of pharmacology preparation which will dramatically elevate the therapeutic efficacy of certain disease. However, some problems containing the stability and carrier materials safety are found in the preparation of targeting drug delivery system, if these problems are solved, it must bring us a bright future for the clinic use of this system. ......
