DHS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折76例临床分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 观察髋动力加压钢板(DHS)内固定在老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法 从2003年6月至2007年6月用DHS治疗76例老年股骨粗隆间骨折，根据随访结果进行评价。结果 所有病例经6~32个月(平均12个月)随访，按骨折愈合情况，结合董纪元等髋关节疗效标准评分。优35例，良25例，可12例，差4例，优良率为78.95%。结论DHS是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的较好选择。掌握手术适应证，选择合适的DHS，掌握手术技术及术后指导功能锻炼，可预防发生骨不连及各种畸形愈合。 【关键词】 DHS；股骨粗隆间骨折；内固定

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application and the curative effect of dynamic hip screw(DHS) fixed in the femoral intertrochanter fractur in elderly.Methods76 cases offemoral intertrochanter fractur in elderly with DHS treatment in our hospital from June 2003 to June 2007 were reviewed. Results All the patients were followed up with 6-32 months(anarage 12 months),according to Dong Jiyuan's criteria,excellent and good in 60 cases (78.95%). Conclusion DHS is a better choice for the treatment of femoral intertrochanter fractur in elderly. Grasping surgery indication, choosing appropriate DHS,grasping surgical technique and instructing the function exercise after operation can obtain satisfactory outcome. ......
