鼻内窥镜下射频治疗鼻出血的临床体会
【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下射频治疗鼻出血的疗效。方法 回顾性分析接受经鼻内窥镜下射频治疗鼻出血62例的临床资料。结果 62例中48例1次烧灼治愈，14例2～3次后治愈。结论 采用鼻内窥镜下射频止血，能明确各鼻道及鼻顶等及效果隐蔽部位的出血，有效止血。减少患者因鼻腔填塞紧、时间长引起的局部及全身并发症。【关键词】 鼻出血；射频；鼻内窥镜
