【摘要】 目的 观察劳务工1级原发性高血压非药物治疗效果，分析单独采用非药物治疗与药物治疗的疗效差异。方法 选择100例初诊且无靶器官损害的劳务工1级高血压患者，随机分为二组，A组50例，给予非药物治疗，包括限盐、戒烟酒、减重、适当运动，控制超时加班，改善饮食结构；B组给予硝苯地平缓释片(圣通平)10 mg,2次/d，观察二组患者血压变化。结果 给予非药物治疗2个月收缩压和舒张压分别下降6.2%和3.8%，降压总有效率48%。药物治疗组收缩压和舒张压下降8.6%和4.5%,降压总有效率64%,二组相比无显著性差异。在非药物治疗中，限盐和适量运动与血压下降呈正相关，长期超时加班和工作紧张与血压下降呈负相关。结论 对于劳务工1级原发性高血压，早期单独给予健康干预和生活方式改善的非药物治疗可使血压下降，半数患者血压可降至正常范围，与单独降压药圣通平治疗效果相似。

    Evaluation of nonpharmacologic treatments on early stage of labor worker’s hypertension

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigatc the effects and methods withnonpharmacologic treatmens and pharmacologic treatment on early stage of labor workershypertension. Methods 100 patients had hereditary family background and unhealthy life habits ,but they had no complications andtopicalorgans damaged enrolled.They were divided in 2 groups. Group Awere nonpharmacologic treatments including limiting salt, smoke and drink,decreasing body weight,appropriate exercise,control extra work hours, improve diet structure.Group B were given nifedipine sustained-release tablet 10 mg two times one day.The levels of blood pressures was analysed.Results After 2 months offollow-up ,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures in group Areducedby 6.2% and 3.8% ,effective rate 48%; group B reducedby 8.6% and 4.5% ,effective rate 64%.There no significant difference.Conclusion In contrast with pharmacologic treatment ,Health interventionand life style improvementare effective and feasible for early stage hypertension,half of labor workers regain normalbloodpressures. ......
