HPLC法测定消食养儿颗粒中芍药苷的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立消食养儿颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 用高效液相色谱法测定，选用ODS-C18色谱柱(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)，流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(16:84)，流速：1.0 ml/min，检测波长：230 nm。结果 芍药苷在0.2～1.0 μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0.999 8，平均回收率为99.47%(n=5)，RSD为1.06%。结论 该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好，可作为消食养儿颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。

Determination of content Paeoniflorin in Xiaosiyanger granule by HPLC

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for paeoniflorin in Xiaosiyanger. MethodsHPLC with ODS-C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) column was used. The mobile phase of paeoniflorin was a mixture of Acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 (16:84), with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength at 230 nm. Results Paeoniflorin (0.2-1.0 μg) showed fine linear relationship (r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 99.47%(n=5), RSD=1.06%. ConclusionThe method is quick, simple and accurate and can be the method to determination of content Paeoniflorin in Xiaosiyanger granule. ......
