【摘要】 目的 观察斯匹仁诺治疗念珠性阴道炎的疗效。方法 收集472例念珠性阴道炎患者进行分组，治疗组284例，口服斯匹仁诺200 mg， 1次/d，连用7 d，对照组188例，仅用制霉菌素栓剂栓塞阴道1次/d，连用7 d。结果 治疗组近期有效率98.59%，对照组近期有效率62.77%。 结论 斯匹仁诺口服治疗是念珠性阴道炎的理想、首选药物。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment to monilial vaginitis by taking Itraconazole Capsule.Method Made a division to the patients from the collected 472 cases of monilial vaginitis by two groups. The treatment group included 284 cases ,treated by orally taking 200 mg Itraconazole Capsule once a day for uninterrupted seven days; while other 188 cases were for the control group ,only treated by the vaginal emlolization of nystatinsuppository once a day for uninterrupted seven days.Result The short-term effectove rate of the treatment group reached 98.59%,while the short-term effective rate of the control group only reached 62.77%.Conclusion Oral medicine Itaconazole Capsule is the ideal and the first choice for the treatment to monilial vaginitis.
