【摘要】 目的 做好高血压患者痔疮手术围术期的护理，减少并发症，提高安全性。方法 对86例痔疮手术患者手术前实行心理护理，充分做好术前准备,术后密切观察生命体征变化，做好心理、饮食、排便、坐浴、换药、镇痛泵护理和出院后健康指导。结果 68例高血压患者实施手术治疗后，经过细心的围手术期护理均取得良好的临床治疗效果。结论 充分体现护理工作人性化及以人为本的理念，围术期中无一例患者发生高血压并发症。

    【Abstract】Objective Do well perioperative care of haemorrhoid operation to patients with hypertension, so that the complications can be lessen. Methods Do well preoperation guidance and mental nursing to the 65 haemorrhoid patients, strengthen the observation after the operation, do a good job of the nursing of vital signs observation、diet 、mental nursing、 defecation、change dressings guidance. Result Through elaborate perioperative care, 65 cases all obtained a nicer treatment effect. Conclusion Through humanized nursing, there was no complication happened in the 65 cases. ......
