藏药独一味提取工艺优化研究

     【摘要】 目的优选独一味水煎煮提取工艺。方法 采用正交试验法,采用出膏率和总黄酮含量为指标,优选工艺条件。结果 独一味水煎煮提取工艺的最佳参数为:加水煎煮3次,每次1 h,第1次加水量为11倍,第2、3次加水量为8倍量。结论 优选的独一味提取工艺能较好地保证制剂的质量。

    Optimization of extraction process of the Herba lamiophlomis

    【Abstract】 Objective To find out the optimum parameters used boiling water extraction from the Herba Lamiophlomis. Methods Used the orthogonal design method, investigated the effects of the ratio of extraction and the content of total flavones. Results The optimum condition was obtained: added eleven folds of water for first time, anded eight folds of water for other twice times, one hours in duration for each time. Conclusion The extraction process shows stabilization and feasibility, can be available for industrial production at large scale.
