外耳道胆脂瘤治疗分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨外耳道胆脂瘤的手术治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析经临床和病理确诊的35例外耳道胆脂瘤的临床诊治情况。局限于外耳道的外耳道胆脂瘤20例(I型)，行外耳道胆脂瘤清除术；侵及中耳的外耳道胆脂瘤15例(II型)，行乳突根治术及鼓室成形术。所有病例随访3个月~3年。结果 单纯外耳道胆脂瘤患者，术后无复发；侵及中耳及乳突的外耳道胆脂瘤，手术成功率为86.7%(13/15)。结论 外耳道胆脂瘤根据侵及范围，采用不同手术方法治疗，疗效满意。【关键词】外耳道胆脂瘤；乳突根治术；外耳道成形术
