普鲁卡因在大咯血患者中的疗效和不良反应的观察
【摘要】 目的 总结应用普鲁卡因治疗大咯血的疗效和不良反应。方法 回顾漯河市中心医院2005年7月至2008年5月收治的140例大咯血患者应用普鲁卡因治疗的临床资料。结果 大部分大咯血患者应用普鲁卡因疗效确切，治愈率占75%。7例患者出现不同程度的不良反应，不良反应发生率占5%，严重者可危及生命。结论 普鲁卡因在大部分大咯血患者中应用安全、有效，但也应注意其少见的不良反应。一旦出现，应积极处理。【关键词】大咯血；普鲁卡因；疗效；不良反应

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the effects and side effect of procaine in treating obvious hemoptysis.Methods Gather the clinical data of 140 patients who suffered from obvious hemoptysis and treated by procaine. Results The curative rate of procaine was 75%. the side effects rate of procaine was 5%, serious patients had life danger. Conclusion Procaine can be effective and safety used in treating obvious hemoptysis, but we should pay attention to rare side effects ofprocaine. If the side effect of procaine were occurred, we should deal with immediately.
