面部深Ⅱ度烧伤82例临床治疗分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 比较湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)对深II度面部烧伤的疗效。方法 选择82例面部深Ⅱ度新鲜烧伤病例，随机分为两组，治疗组41例创面采用MEBO治疗，对照组41例采用SD-Ag治疗，观察两组止痛效果、创面愈合时间及瘢痕发生率。结果 治疗组患者痛苦轻，止痛效果好(P< 0.01)创面愈合快 [(21.0±3.7)/(25.5±3.2) d，P< 0.05]，瘢痕发生率低(27%/68%，P< 0.05)。结论面部深Ⅱ度烧伤选用MEBO治疗明显优于SD-Ag。
