黄连温胆汤加味治疗冠心病痰热瘀阻证26例

【摘要】 采用黄连温胆汤加味治疗冠心病痰热瘀阻型26例(治疗组)，并与西药基础治疗的26例(对照组)进行对照。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%，对照组总有效率为53.8%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 To comparison clinical observation on huanglianwendanjiawei decoction for treatment of 26 cases of coronary heart disease accompanying with hyperlipaemia in the group of phlegm-heat and blood stasis(treatment group)with clinical observation on western medicine for treatment of the same type 26 cases(control group),the result shows that the total effective rate oftreatment group is 92.3%,and the total effective rate ofcontrol group is 53.8%.There is marked difference between the treatment group with control group(P<0.05). ......
