中西药结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察中西药结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法 227例确诊患者随机分为3组：中西药组、中药组和西药组。各组给予不同的治疗药物，为期6个月。检测骨代谢相关指标及性激素水平。结果 各组治疗后BMD、血清骨代谢相关指标和性激素水平均有所上升，尿中骨代谢相关指标均有所下降。其中中西药组治疗前后各指标值最大，差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西药结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松疗效确切。
