妊娠合并乙肝病毒感染对妊娠结局的影响研究

【摘要】 为了解妊娠合并乙肝病毒(HBV)感染对孕产妇和围生儿的影响，采用回顾性方法分析185例妊娠期存在HBV感染者的妊娠结局。妊娠合并HBV感染易发生早产、妊高征、胎儿窘迫及产后出血。肝功能异常对这些妊娠并发症的发生有显著影响。母亲HBeAg阳性与HBV-DNA阴性是HBV宫内感染主要危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand the pregnant women with hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection on maternal and perinatal health of children affected by retrospective analysis of 185 cases of HBV infection during pregnancy existence of the outcome of pregnancy.Pregnant women with HBV infection prone to premature birth,pregnancy-induced hypertension,fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage.Abnormal liver function of these pregnancy complications in a significant impact.HBeAg-positive mothers and HBV-DNA-negative HBV intrauterine infection is the major risk factors.
