乙型肝炎前S1抗原与HBV血清标志物的相关性

【摘要】 目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1抗原(Pre-S1Ag)与HBV血清标志物之间的关系，以评价其在乙肝诊疗中的作用。方法 用ELISA法对2480例HBsAg阳性标本进行Pre-S1Ag和HBV 血清标志物的检测。结果 在2480例HBsAg阳性血清中，Pre-S1Ag的阳性率为63.95%。 Pre-S1Ag与HBeAg具有较高的一致性，两者相符率为87.43%。结论 作为反映HBV感染和复制的指标，Pre-S1Ag较HBeAg更敏感。

The pertinence between hepatitis B virus serum Pre-S1 antigen and HBV serologic makers

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relativity between hepatitis B virus serum Pre-S1 antigen (Pre-S1Ag) and HBV serologic makers,and further to judge the value of Pre-S1Ag detection.Methods In 2480 cases HBsAg positive serum,Pre-S1Ag and HBV markers were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).ResultIn the 2480 HBsAg positive serum,the positive rate of Pre-S1Ag was 63.95%.There were a good relation between Pre-S1Ag an HBeAg,the coincidence rate is 87.43%.Conclusion Pre-S1Ag is more sensitive than HBeAg in judging the infection and replication of HBV. ......
