氯膦酸二钠治疗非小细胞肺癌骨转移疼痛的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察氯膦酸二钠对非小细胞肺癌骨转移的止痛效果。方法 54名患者分为两组：治疗组为氯膦酸二钠联合化疗组，对照组为单纯化疗组。结果 两组止痛有效率分别为77.78%(21/27)(联合化疗组)，51.85%(14/27)(单纯化疗组),有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 氯膦酸二钠治疗非小细胞肺癌骨转移性疼痛安全且效果显著。

Clinical observation of disodium clodronate on pain relieve in skeletal metastases of non-small cell lang cancer

【Abstract】 Objective To abserve the acesodyne effect of disodium clodronate on skeletal metastases of non-small cell lang cancer.Methods 54 patients were divided into two groups,treatment group:treated with di sodium clodronate combined chemotherapy(n=27) and control group:treated with regular chemotherapy(n=27).Results The effictive rate of acesodyne effect in treatment group,control group were 77.78%(21/27),51.85%(14/27),showing a significant diffirent(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of disodium clodronate on pain relieve in skeletal metastases of non-small cell lang cancer is effictive and safe ......
