【摘要】 目的 建立补脾益肠胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法Hedera ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱，流动相为甲醇∶水(58∶42)，检测波长为245 nm。结果 补骨脂素的线性范围为0.020~0.30 μg，r=0.999 8 (n=7)，平均加样回收率为100.61%，RSD为1.86%(n=5)；异补骨脂素的线性范围为0.038~0.266 μg，r=0.999 9 (n=7)，平均加样回收率为100.76%，RSD 为1.60%(n=5)。结论 该方法简便，准确，重现性好，可以应用于补脾益肠胶囊的质量控制。

    Determination of the Psoralen and Isopsorlen in Bupi Yichang Capsules by HPLC

    【Abstract】 Oobjective To establish the method for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Bupi Yichang Capsules. Methods The Hedera ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (58∶42).The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm. RESULTS The linear range of psoralen was 0.020-0.30 μg, r=0.999 8,the average recovery was 100.61% with RSD of 1.86%. The linear range of isopsoralen was 0.038-0.266 μg, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.76% with RSD of 1.60%. CONCLUSION It is a simple and accurate method for the quality control of Bupi Yichang Capsules. ......
