【摘要】目的 讨论健康教育对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。

    方法 用入院顺序分层随机法，将80例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组，对研究组进行个体化健康教育，在治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12月末，用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、总体疗效量表(CGI)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。WHOQ0L――BREF量表衡量患者的生活质量。分析量表中各领域的计分。

    结果 经过12个月治疗，研究组对照组相比两组患者生活质量较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.01)，在心理健康、社会关系和环境因素等三方面，研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。

    结论 健康教育对抑郁症患者的生活质量有一定改善。
