【摘要】目的 探讨舒血宁注射液对急性心肌梗死非血运重建患者内皮素、P选择素的影响。方法 将70例急性心肌梗死非血运重建患者随机分为治疗组(舒血宁注射液+常规药物治疗)、对照组(常规药物治疗), 观察两组患者治疗14 d后血浆内皮素、P选择素的变化。结果 舒血宁注射液治疗组血浆内皮素、P选择素水平降低，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒血宁注射液对急性心肌梗死患者有改善血管内皮功能障碍、抗血小板活化的作用。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the impact of Shuxuening injection to Endothelin and P-selectin of acute myocardial infarction in patients with non-revascularization. Methods 70 cases of acute myocardial infarction in patients with non-revascularization were randomly divided into treatment group (Shuxuening injection + conventional drug therapy), the control group (conventional drug therapy), patients were observed for the change of plasma Endothelin, P-selectin level after 14 days. Results The plasma Endothelinand P-selectin levels decrease in the treatment group with Shuxuening injection, compared with the control group there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with acute myocardial infarction, Shuxuening injection can improve their vascular endothelial dysfunction, and make the role of anti-platelet activation. ......
