经阴道超声在妇科急腹症诊断中的价值及误诊分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨经阴道超声在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用价值及误诊原因。方法 对150例妇产科急腹症患者进行回顾性研究,分析超声图像特点,将超声诊断与手术病理结果对比,并分析误诊原因。结果 本组142例患者的超声诊断与手术病理符合,诊断符合率为94.6%；误漏诊 8例,误漏诊率约 5.4%。结论 经阴道超声对妇科急腹症有较高的诊断价值。但当症状及声像图不典型时，易造成误诊或漏诊，此时需结合病史及血象及尿HCG检查，才可避免误诊。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal sonography(TVS) and misdiagnosed reasons in diagnosing acute abdominal pain of women.Methods A total of 150 cases with acute abdomen of gynecology were retrospectively analyzed by comparing the image characteristics with surgical pathology.Results Among 150 cases,the cases corresponded to the clinical diagnosis were 142,the corresponding diagnosis rate was 94.6%,all the cases of the misdiagnosis and miss-diagnosis were 8,the rate of misdiagnosis and miss-diagnosis was 5.4%.Conclusion Transvaginal sonography has a higher diagnosis value in the diagnosis of acute abdominal pain of women.When the US findingswere hot typical ......
