碘酊烧灼联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 观察碘酊烧灼联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法 37例真菌性角膜溃疡的患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组16例，治疗组应用碘酊烧灼联合药物治疗，对照组单纯应用药物治疗，对两组疗效进行统计学分析。结果 治疗组效果明显优于单纯药物治疗的对照组。结论 碘酊烧灼联合药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效显著，经济安全，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect oftreatmenton iodine cautery combined with medicine.Methods 37 patients was randomly divided into the test group(21 cases) and the control group(17 cases).The test group was treated by the method of iodine cautery combined with medicine,the control group was treated only by medicine.The therapeutic effect between the two groups were analysed by statistics analysis.Results The effect of the test group was more remarkable than that of the control group.Conclusion The study showed that the effect of treatmenton iodine cautery combined with medicine is remarkable safe and economical which is worth using widely. ......
