吉非替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌7例临床观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察吉非替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效及毒副反应。方法 研究2006年6月至2007年11月晚期非小细胞肺癌患者口服吉非替尼治疗，250 mg/d，观察其近期疗效及毒副反应。结果 7例患者中CR 0%(0/7)、PR 57.1%(4/7)、SD 28.6%(2/7)、PD 14.3%(1/7)、临床获益率(CR+PR+SD)85.7%。毒副反应为唑疮样皮疹85.7%(6/7)、腹泻42.9%(3/7)、转氨酶升高 14.3%(1/7)、急性间质性肺病14.3%(1/7)。结论 吉非替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好，毒副反应轻微，临床获益率高，能明显改善患者的生活质量。
