连续“Z”成形术修复下腹部蹼状瘢痕

【摘要】 目的 为下腹部蹼状瘢痕的治疗提供一种简单易行的方法。方法 对14例下腹部瘢痕患者采用连续“Z” 成形术进行手术整复。对于瘢痕严重挛缩的患者，采用仅对挛缩瘢痕切开松解而不切除的手术方法，灵活设计切口，利用挛缩部位已成熟的瘢痕形成较大面积三角形瘢痕瓣来修复创面。结果 临床应用14例均取得满意疗效，皮瓣全部成活，蹼状粘连解除。随访6~12个月，皮瓣色泽同周围皮肤，质地柔韧，皮瓣无挛缩，感觉良好，外形满意，活动正常。结论 本方法简单可行且效果良好。
