肺炎支原体感染心肌受累61例分析
【摘要】 目的 了解肺炎支原体感染心肌受累的临床表现。方法 选择住院的肺炎支原体IgM 抗体阳性(≥1∶80)，心脏受累患儿61例进行临床分析。结果 61例患儿心脏受累占同期肺炎支原体感染的9.56%。结论 肺炎支原体感染所致的心脏受累临床表现应引起重视防止漏、误诊。【关键词】肺炎支原体；支原体Ig M抗体；心脏受累

【Abstract】 Objective Tocomprehend the heart-implicated manifeslations of (my coplasma) pneumonicae infedcting method.Methods To choose the inpatients whose serum M p-IgM is positive (≥1∶80)and who have heart-implicated manifestations for analysis.Results This group of inpatients accounts for 9.56%of all inpatients that were infected by Mp at the same time.Conclusions Heart-implicated manifestations of my coplasma pneumoniae infecting are lying low.More attentions should be paid to it so as to prevent fron misdiagnosis.
