高频超声诊断副乳腺的临床应用(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨高频超声在不同时期副乳腺组织的声像图特征和临床应用。方法 对30例女性副乳腺肿块患者进行高频超声显像,按静止期和活动期副乳腺分组,对其声像图进行回顾性分析和随访追踪复查。结果 副乳腺多位于腋窝或乳房外上方的皮下脂肪层内，边界欠清，无包膜回声，不同时期的副乳腺声像图有差异；彩色多普勒超声显像发现不同时期的副乳腺组织内多无明显彩色血流信号分布。结论 高频超声显示副乳腺组织在不同的时期的声像图表现有差异，具有重要的临床应用意义。

【Abstract】 Objective Discusses high frequency ultrasound the echogram characteristic and the clinical practice which organizes in the different time vice-breast.Methods Carries on the high frequency ultrasonoscopy to 30 cases female vice-breast tumour patient, according to the repose period and the active stage vice-breast grouping, carries on the review to its echogram to analyze and to make a follow-up.Results The vice-breast is located the armpit or the breast in the place above hypodermic fat level, the boundary owes clear, does not have the package of membrane echo, the different time vice-breast echogram has the difference; In colored doppler ultrasonoscopy discovery different time vice-breast organization many not obvious colored blood stream signal distribution.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonoscopy demonstrated the vice-breast organization in the different time echogram existing difference, has the important clinical practice significance.【Key words】Vice-breast; High frequency ultrasound ......
