丹参酮IIA磺酸钠治疗冠心病心绞痛效果分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨丹参酮IIA磺酸钠和硝酸甘油合用治疗冠心病的效果。方法 将患者分成两组，第一组予硝酸甘油10 mg静脉滴注；第二组予丹参酮IIA 磺酸钠60 mg，1次/d合用硝酸甘油5 mg，1次/d静脉滴注；观察两组患者治疗后，胸痛，胸闷，心悸好转天数。结果 丹参酮IIA磺酸钠与硝酸甘油合用治疗冠心病上述症状胸痛，胸闷好转时间:较单用硝酸甘油短(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病患者合用丹参酮IIA磺酸钠与硝酸甘油治疗效果较好，患者症状消除较快。
