高尿酸血症患者的血管内皮功能研究(2)
一直以来，大多数观点都认为尿酸可以促进冠心病的发展，但作为一个独立的危险因素，还是通过其他危险因素起作用的混杂因素，仍存在争议。目前多数流行病学和临床研究资料倾向于尿酸作为心血管疾病的一个独立危险因素。近年来，尽管对高脂血症、高血压以及糖尿病的治疗获得重要进展，但动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病发病率仍在上升。因此，迫切需要在这些人群中确定高度流行的且容易监测并能够治疗的新的危险因素，高尿酸血症可能是这样一种危险因素，高尿酸血症与心血管疾病的发生、发展和预后密切相关[14]，应对高尿酸血症引起足够重视，加强监测，应用促进尿酸排泄的药物，尽可能减少进食含嘌呤丰富的食品以减少尿酸生成，对于降低动脉粥样硬化的发生，减少心血管疾病事件，改善预后，提高患者的远期生存质量具有重要意义。
