Pott骨折35例手术治疗体会
【摘要】 目的 探讨Pott骨折切开复位内固定的手术治疗方法和疗效。方法 自2006年5月至2008年3月，对35例Pott骨折行开放复位内固定术，术中根据骨折类型，选择手术入路和固定方法。结果 全部患者均得到随访，随访时间6～36个月，平均18个月，采用Baird等评定标准进行疗效评估,优良率达94.3%,疗效满意。结论 对于Pott骨折，应选择开放复位内固定，其手术入路，方式与内固定的选择是手术成功的要点。【关键词】Pott骨折；踝关节；内固定
Surgical treatment of Pott fracture in 35 cases

【Abstract】 Objective To study the surgical techniques and results of the open reduction and internal fixation for pott’s fracture. Methods 35patients with pott’s fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation from May 2006 to March 2008. The choose of the surgical approach and fixation methods were accord with the classification of pott’s fracture. Results The follow up period varied from 6~36 months with the average of 18 months. All the patients were evaluated with Baird scoring system. The total percentage of good and excellent clinical fractures results was 94.3%. Conclusion The first choice of the treatment of pott’s fracture is open reduction and internal fixation , which leads to good clinical results. The fracture pattern and the surgical techniques will also affect the results of the therapy. ......
