采用HPLC法测定不同栽培品种粉葛中葛根素的含量

【摘要】 测定一年生不同栽培品种粉葛中葛根素的含量。HPLC法测定，以MeOH-H2O-HAc(255∶755∶0.5)为流动相，250 nm为检测波长。不同栽培品种粉葛中葛根素的含量在0.01%~0.99%。大叶粉葛葛根素含量高于细叶粉葛葛根素含量。
