P选择素与冠心病相关性的研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨P选择素(Ps)的变化与冠心病(CHD)发病和病情变化的关系。方法 选择冠心患者85例，其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP)30例，不稳定型 心绞痛(UAP)35例，急性心肌梗死(AMI)20例。另选30例正常人为对照。测定血清Ps水平，比较各组间差异并作相关性分析。结果 冠心病组Ps水平均高于正常组(P<0.01)，UAP组、AMI组Ps水平明显高于SAP组。结论 Ps水平有助于CHD的发病和病变程度的判断。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of P-selection(Ps) levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) ,and the relationship of Ps with the operation mechanism, the severity of CHD. Methods 85 patients: 30 stable angina pectoris(SAP), 35 unstable angina pectoris(UAP), 20 acute myocardial infarction(AMI), and 30 control subjects were collected, the serum concentration of Ps was measured and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, Ps level was significantly higher in CHD. The Ps levels were significantly higher in AMI and UAP than that in SAP. Conclusions Ps can be involved in the pathogenesis of CHD. It can be seen as a sign of operation mechanism and operation extent of CHD. ......
