应用临床路径对腰椎间盘突出牵引患者实施健康教育

【摘要】 目的 建立完善的对腰椎间盘突出牵引患者实施健康教育的临床路径。方法 采用随机抽样法将患者分成两组，每组130例。对照组采用按常规医嘱进行护理，试验组采用制订好的临床路径进行护理，观察两组患者健康教育达标率和健康教育满意率有无差异。结果 试验组健康教育达标率和满意度与对照组相比有明显提高。结论 临床路径在腰椎间盘突出牵引患者中的应用，可提高工作效率和患者的满意度，保证护理质量的提高。

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the establishment of a sound implementation of the lumbar disc traction in patients with clinical health education path. Methods Methods random sampling of patients will be divided into two groups of 130 cases. In the control group used for routine medical care, the pilot group to develop a good path for clinical care, the two groups were observed in patients with health education standards and health education satisfaction rate of any differences.Test results of the group health education standards and the rate of satisfaction with the control group have improved markedly.
