自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的DSA结果分析
【摘要】 目的 分析自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的原因。方法 81例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者，行全脑DSA检查，并对其结果进行分析。结果 DSA检查发现动脉瘤56例(69.2%),动静脉畸形14例(17.3%)，烟雾病2例(2.5%)，矢状窦血栓1例(1.2%)，正常者8例(9.9%)。结论 自发性SAH病因多样，DSA检查多数能够发现血管异常。【关键词】蛛网膜下腔出血；自发性；数字减影血管造影
Analysis of the reasons of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage by DSA examination

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reasons of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods The cerebral arteries of 81 patients with SAH were examined by DSA and the results were analyzed. Results There were 56 cases with aneurysms (69.2%), 14 cases with AVMs, 2 cases with moyamoya and 1 case with sagittal sinus thrombosis. 8 cases were normal. Conclusions The reasons of spontaneous SAH are varied. DSA can find the abnormality of vessels in most of patients.
