儿童肱骨髁上骨折手术治疗分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨手术内固定治疗27例儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法 自2005年1月至2008年6月采用切开复位、多枚克氏针多维固定治疗移位明显的肱骨髁上骨折27患儿，术后进行应用疗效评定，全部随访，平均5个月。结果 27个病例中优26例，良1例，差0例。术后均未发生严重的并发症。结论 采用多枚克氏针多维内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折疗效满意。可供临床参考选择。【关键词】儿童；肱骨髁上骨折；多枚克氏针内固定
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the surgical fixation for the treatment of 27 cases of children on the humerus fractures. Methods From January 2005to June 2008 to adopt open reduction, several multi-dimensional wire fixation for the treatment of apparent shift at condyle of the humerus fractures in children, 27, applied efficacy assessed after all follow-up, an average of 5 Months. Results 27 cases, 26 cases of excellent, good in 1 cases, the difference 0 cases. No serious postoperative complications. Conclusion The use of several multi-dimensional wire fixation on children’s humerus fractures satisfaction. Clinical reference for selection.
