锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎形骨折
【摘要】 目的 控讨应用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎形骨折的疗效。方法 回顾性总结了17例肱骨近端粉碎形骨折病例资料。按NEER分型，三部分骨折11例，四部分骨折6例，均行切开复位肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定，术后早期功能锻炼。结果 17例均经获随防，时间18~36个月，平均24个月。疗效评价标准参照Constant-Murley评定方法，优良率达88.2%。结论 对于肱骨近端粉碎形骨折，采用锁定钢板内固定，创伤小，内固定牢靠，术后早期开始功能锻炼，有利于关节功能恢复。【关键词】肱骨骨折，近端；骨折固定术，内；外科手术

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the minimally invasive operative treatment for the irreducible proximal humerus Fracture and dislocation and how to elevate the effection of treatment. Methods 17cases of the comminuted proximal humerus Fracture. Base on NEER system. 11cases of the three-part lesion and 6 cases of the four-part lesion were reduced openly and fixed internally with Locking plate, Early rehabilitation was done. Results 17 cases were followed-up, at a mean fellow-up of 24months(18 to 36). According to Constant-Murley evaluation, Excellent and good rate was 88.2%. Conclusion Locking plate osteosynthesis for comminuted fractures of the proximal humerous of young patients has advantages of minimal trauma, reliable fixation and improving functional recoverey. ......
