321例妊娠合并心脏病患者的护理体会

【摘要】 目的 分析妊娠合并心脏病患者住院期间的护理方法。方法 对321例妊娠合并心脏病患者的临床资料进行回顾，总结一般护理、饮食护理、心理护理、特殊用药护理、产前护理、产时护理及产后护理的经验。结果 运用护理手段，采取有效措施，明显降低孕产妇和婴幼儿的死亡率，并使心脏病孕妇顺利渡过孕产期。结论 加强心脏病孕产妇妊娠、分娩及产褥期护理，是确保母婴安全的有效措施。
