结肠癌患者Wnt信号通路的变化和作用(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨结肠癌患者Wnt信号通路的变化情况及其作用意义。方法 利用Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0基因芯片对结肠正常黏膜组织和癌组织基因表达谱进行检测,分析Wnt信号通路基因表达变化情况。 结果 Wnt信号通路中FRP、Frizzled、CK2、p53、PP2A、CKIα、JNK、CaMKII、CaN、c-jun、cyc-D等关键基因均呈下调,调控着细胞周期、基因转录等。结论 Wnt信号通路可能是调控结肠癌演变过程的重要信号通路之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes and roles of Wnt signaling pathway in colon cancer patients.Methods The Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array were used to analyze gene expression profiles in colon cancer and normal tissues.The genes related to Wnt signaling pathway were selected through genechip data analyasis.Results The key genes related to Wnt signaling pathway of FRP, Frizzled, CK2, p53, PP2A, CKIα, JNK, CaMKII, CaN, c-jun, cyc-D were down regulation, which controled the cell cycle and gene transcription of the vascular endothelial cell. Conclusion Wnt signaling pathway may be one of the most important pathway to control the development of colon cancer. ......
