子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE),治疗子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法 对50例子宫肌瘤患者采用Seldinger技术行双侧子宫动脉插管,造影确认后注入栓塞剂,阻断血供。结果 UAE后即时止血率为100%,无严重并发症发生,并保留了子宫和卵巢完整的生理功能。结论 子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种微创、疗效显著的治疗方法。【关键词】 子宫肌瘤;栓塞,治疗性;介入性
Clinical research on the treatment of uterine leiomyomate with uterine artery ambolization

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of using uterine artery embolization (UAE)to treat uterine leiomyomate.Methods 50 cases withuterine leiomyomate accepted bilateral uterine artery catheterization with Seldinger technique, injecting embolization agents to block the blood supply after angiography was confirmed. Results The rate of stopping bleeding immediately after UAE is 100%.It’s retain the total physiological function of the uterine and ovary, and without serious complications. Conclusion The treatment of uterine leiomyomate with UAE is minimally invasive and significant effect. ......
