复方甘草酸苷联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察复方甘草酸苷联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效、安全性。 方法 80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均每日口服依巴斯汀10 mg，治疗组同时口服复方甘草酸苷2片,3次/d，均治疗观察4周，评价疗效。结果 治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为100% 和71.1%，两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 复方甘草酸苷联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效可靠、安全性好，可供临床选用。

Clinical observation of compound glycyrrhizin combined with ebastine in treatment of chronic urticaria

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of compound glycyrrhizin together with ebastine for chronic urticaria.Methods 80 patients with chronic urticaria were randomized to divide into the treatment group and control group. Two groups all received ebastine (10 mg ,once daily), at the same time the treatment group received compound glycyrrhizin (2 tablet,3 time daily).The efficiency was evaluated at the end of 4-week treatment. Results The clinical effectiveness rates of treatment and control group were, respectively, 100% and 71.1%; they have a significant difference (P< 0.01). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with ebastine in treatment of chronic urticaria is effective, safe and suggest new therapeutic opportunities for treating this disease. ......
